Sól Sauna – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sól Sauna. By making a booking and attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in and changing.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session and cannot be extended.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Communal Sessions

More than 24 hours' notice: refund or receive booking credit to rebook.

Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund or credit.
Private Hire

More than 7 days' notice: full refund.

7–3 days' notice: 50% refund.

Less than 3 days' notice: no refund.
If Sól Sauna cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
3. Health & Safety
By attending Sól Sauna, you confirm that you are fit and well enough to use a sauna. You understand that sauna bathing involves exposure to high temperatures and that cold water immersion and sea swimming carry additional risks.
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, a respiratory condition, have recently undergone surgery, or have any other medical concerns, you should seek medical advice before attending.
You agree to leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, or uncomfortable.
4. Personal Responsibility
You participate in all activities at your own risk.
You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing throughout your visit and making decisions that are appropriate for your health and experience.
Sól Sauna staff cannot provide medical advice.
5. Sauna Rules
To help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone:

Stay hydrated.

Use a towel when sitting in the sauna.

Follow staff instructions at all times.

No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping on site.

Do not tamper with the stove, heater, or equipment.

Respect other guests and maintain a calm, inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

No racism, sexism or offensive language.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the site without refund.
6. Cold Water Use
Any use of cold water facilities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Sól Sauna does not supervise it and accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions or any incidents arising from entering the water.
7. Children & Young People
Children and Young People are welcome but need to be accompanied by a responsible adult unless 18 or more.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their care at all times.
8. Respect for Others
Sól Sauna is a community space. We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards guests, staff, or members of the public.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the site without refund where behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
9. Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought to Sól Sauna at the owner's risk. Sól Sauna accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Lost property will be kept for up to 14 days where possible.
10. Weather & Operational Issues
Occasionally, severe weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control may require us to modify or cancel sessions. Where this happens, we will offer either a refund or an alternative booking.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sól Sauna shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in sauna bathing, cold water immersion, or use of the facilities, except where caused by our negligence.
12. Acceptance
By making a booking and attending Sól Sauna, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
